The Initiative RD&D Endeavours Program is initiated to deliver the following: -

 

Source of Problem - WHY. Most humanitarian and charitable NGOs are established to address immediate crisis. Due to such "fire-fighting" focus, the source of the problem/crisis are not addressed. This endeavours unit is established to research and investigate why the problem exist and/or why humanitarian endeavours initiatives is required endlessly in an increasing trend.

 

Resolving the Problem – HOW. Based on the research and investigation, this endeavours unit develop and deploy solutions to end or reduce the reliance and/or reverse the increasing reliance on humanitarian and charitable initiatives through new developments of approaches, techniques, and/or strategies, etc.

 

Maintain and Sustain the Delivery System.   Consistently and continuously, this endeavours unit detect loopholes, system flaws, unnecessary bureaucratic red-tapes and to innovate or keep track of innovations where VOICE endeavours model and delivery system is efficiently benefiting the target beneficiaries and is cost effective.
