Full Name: Vision of International Children Endeavours
Abbreviated Name: VOICE or V.O.I.C.E.
The logo of VOICE shows children from different countries, races, religions, and backgrounds congregating and converging for a common goal of peace and humanity.
The circle formed by the children joining hands demonstrates their trust, commitment and readiness to unite to face the challenges of the world while realising their own dreams, with the support of VOICE.
The Founder
The Seed of VOICE was planted by Mr. Mah Kok Wah, an educationist who had dedicated more than forty years to education. Children and the elderly are close to his heart, evidenced by his time spent doing charitable work e.g. visiting and helping out at old folks homes and orphanages. His love for children can be seen from the manner children interacted with him.
From his years of experience and his time spent on humanitarian and charitable endeavours, he came to a conclusion that the pain, sufferings and ills of the world cannot be solved. A new breed of leaders, with holistic mindsets and capabilities to "think out of the box", is required to lead to change for the better.
Mr. Mah believed that to enable such an in-depth change, it had to start from the source i.e. the children. Hence, the conception of Vision of International Children Endeavours (VOICE).
Unfortunately, Mr. Mah did not live to see VOICE being deployed. Today, his family and friends continue his endeavours to nurture the seed that Mr Mah had planted and nourish it to achieve his vision.

Quality, Not Quantity – VOICE is not established to pride itself based on the number of children it helps but by making each registered child counted. It aspires to fill the gap where little is done to address the shortfall.
VOICE chooses to plant the seed of loving kindness to a handful of children, who in turn spreads the unconditional love to others, when they are capable and ready.

Driving Force. Children is the primary focus that drives V.O.I.C.E. – especially children that did not fit into existing charitable infrastructure or programs put in place by the governments, non-government organizations or other private organizations.
Competition. V.O.I.C.E. is not established to compete with any existing charity or humanitarian organizations, but rather complement by assisting, collaborating and facilitating like-minded charitable programs to achieve mutual goals and objectives to benefit children.
Future Growth - Technology. V.O.I.C.E. believes in employing technology in reaching out to children in need and NGOs (children focused) in distress, and delivering accurate and adequate assistance. Technology should also open the gateway for donors, sponsors and volunteers to fulfill their respective life aspiration in the manner they personally deem fit or acceptable.

V.O.I.C.E. assist and facilitate children to gain equal access to basic needs, healthcare, education and opportunities regardless of race, religion or country.
What is V.O.I.C.E. offering?
V.O.I.C.E. offers “MKW-HELPS”. “Manifesting Knowledge Wisely – HELPS” is a program that acts as the beacon that lights up the path, which leads children out of life’s dark alleys. It is also the engine that powers the 8 endeavours programs of VOICE i.e. C-H-I-L-D-R-E-N
