HOPE

When the children see the glowing hope in us, they will be comforted and will accept our hands, and let us be their glowing beacon that guides them out of any dark tunnels and alleys.

HOPE, being the first step of the MKW-HELPS, initiate the relationship and interaction between the child and VOICE through the following process: -

• Registering. The designated counselling team will register and open a file on the child, and this marks the beginning of the child's journey with VOICE, and be always counted;

• Evaluating. Upon registering, the counselling team will identify the physical, medical, education and emotional needs of the child;

• Assessing. Then followed by assessing the credibility, capability and capacity of the parents or guardian/orphanage in providing family care and parental love for the child;

• Road mapping. A draft of the propose roadmap with identified milestones for the child and the parents or guardian is submitted for approval by VOICE.
