Introducing Teacher Haini

Teacher Haini is the dedicated and passionate teacher that is managing and operating the indigenous school that VOICE is partially sponsoring in Kampung Jader, Gua Musang, Kelantan. Armed with the memory that she did not achieve her own childhood ambition, Teacher Haini strived to ensure the children in her village is given a fair chance and opportunity to compete to realise their own ambition.

Thus, upon completing SUKA’s Empowered2Teach program, Teacher Haini established the Kampug Jader Community Class and strived to make this community class a success to help the children to have the basic education i.e. to read, write and count when they join the primary one in government school. Teacher Haini is also aware that the road to make Kg Jader Community Class a success is not going to be easy, when she is faced with indifferent attitude of parents towards education.

Therefore, it is important that passionate and dedicated teachers like Teacher Haini are provided with adequate emotional, financial and tactical support. It will be a shame that such dedication and passions withers and left drying up along the path of good intention.
